Saturday Sweatfest

Because you should make it a point to break a sweat every day, here’s your Saturday Sweatfest!

We will go with conditioning triplets for Saturday’s cardio focus session.

Here’s what it looks like…

40/20 x 3 of each triplet.

Triplet 1

  • Twists or Bulgarian bag 
  • Jump or high pull
  • quick step ups or run

Triplet 2.

  • Slam or sledge
  • Bike
  • Medicine ball squat press

Triplet 3

  • Ski
  • Squat thrust
  • Higher step or sled
