We will go with conditioning triplets for Saturday’s cardio focus session.

40/20 x 3 of each triplet.

- Jump or high pull
- quick step ups or run
Triplet 2.
- Slam or sledge
- Bike
- Medicine ball squat press
Triplet 3
- Ski
- Squat thrust
- Higher step or sled
