We had to revamp the workout due to the rain shower that blew threw the court yard this morning.
The rowers don’t do well in the rain.
We started out as usual with some joint mobility and body weight and kettlebell warm up.
Here’s what we had planned. You can try this one out and let us know how it went.
Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of:
- Burpees 5
- Kettlebell snatch 5/5
- Mountain climbers 15
- Kettlebell swings 20
- Run or row 250 meters
If you didn’t notice, It’s our 2 minute torture sequence with a twist at the end.
Here’s what we did with our group today.
6 rounds of 20/10 at each station with a minute rest between each station.
- Jumping or kipping pull ups
- Half burpees
- Drop squats or air squats
- Dumbell or kettlebell push press
- rower
- kettlebell swings
