Your Team Conditioning Workout:

You will team up in groups of 2 or 3

You will complete each of the following:

  1. 10,000 meter Row, Run or Ski
  2. 20,000 Bike
  3. 500 Long Cycle, 1000 Snatches or 500 Burpees
