Happy incredible Saturday!
It’s body weight conditioning day.
You will not need to pick up any weights, but you will need to push yourself to the limits on this 30 minute body weight circuit.
Start out with some joint mobility and then a circuit warm up. Check the video library for this if you need to.
Do 30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest non-stop for 30 minutes of the following movements.
- Jumping or kipping pull ups
- battling ropes or mountain climbers
- 20 yard shuttle run
- box jumps, squat jumps, drop squats or air squats
- 1/2 burpees
- jump rope or jumping jacks
Reminder: Monday’s class is at 8am. This will be the only class we will be holding on Labor Day.
