Whether it is in person or through Zoom, everyone will still be able to compete.

Milkman is starting his training this week and there will be a 10 Minute Set next Monday (as a baseline) if anyone is interested in joining… give a shout out!

Here’s your sexy circuit!

The intervals will look like this…

Either follow along with us online, or use your own timer (following along with us will require less thinking)

4 rounds with a minute rest between rounds.
  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 30/15
  4. 30/10
The sexy Training Room conditioniong circuit will look like this (choose your options)
  • High-pulls, cleans, light deads, broad or box jump
  • Kettlebell or dumbbell push-press, or push-up plank
  • Sit throughs (very sexy move), crab toes, or bicycles
  • Jump rope/rope flow or jacks
  • Chair step-ups, walk or jump lunge (sexy)
  • Mountain climb or crawl/slide etc
  • knee slaps or but kickers
  • lateral steps, lateral squat or lateral hops

Rest 1 minute between each circuit!
