Short Bursts of Strength

Strength focus at The Training Room on Monday will be full body push pull bursts of strength with a little bit of cardio mixed in.

Here’s what we’ve got for you…

15/15 x 10 sets of each couplet.

2 minutes of rest between each 5 minute couplet.

Couplet 1

  • Push-up
  • Pull up or row

Couplet 2

  • Swing or DL choice
  • Squat choice

Couplet 3

  • Twist choice or Bulgarian Bag
  • Abs

Couplet 4

  • Bicep
  • Tricep

Couplet 5

  • Cardio 1
  • Cardio 2
