Short Strength Intervals

Since Tuesday is a strength focus at The Training Room, we will work on full body strength in the form of short strength intervals.

This session will be set up in triplet format with 3 separate mini-circuits that will be 9 minutes in length each.

15/15 x 6 rounds of the following triplets

Triplet 1

  • Ring rows or pull-up
  • Push-ups
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag

Triplet 2

  • Split squat, weighted step up ro step down (R)
  • Split squat, weighted step up ro step down (L)
  • Low back choice (hypers, hinges, DL choice, swings)

Triplet 3

  • Biceps
  • Triceps
  • Cardio or AB choice
