Short Strength Intervals
Since Tuesday is a strength focus at The Training Room, we will work on full body strength in the form of short strength intervals.
This session will be set up in triplet format with 3 separate mini-circuits that will be 9 minutes in length each.
15/15 x 6 rounds of the following triplets
Triplet 1
- Ring rows or pull-up
- Push-ups
- Twist or Bulgarian bag
Triplet 2
- Split squat, weighted step up ro step down (R)
- Split squat, weighted step up ro step down (L)
- Low back choice (hypers, hinges, DL choice, swings)
Triplet 3
- Biceps
- Triceps
- Cardio or AB choice
