Today we will focus on pure strength.

Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up….

We will be sticking to the basics as usual.

The reason why we keep our strength training basic and the same most of the time is because we want you to see your strength progressions.

The only way to get stronger is to stay consistent!

Kettlebell 5×5 options

5 sets of 5 reps for each movement

  • Heavy step-ups L/R
  • 1 arm strict press L/R or 1 arm bench press or floor press
  • Single leg dead lift L/R
  • 1 arm row L/R
  • get ups, windmills, or ab choice
