It’s Tuesday!
In honor of it being Tuesday, we will have another great workout prepared for you that requires almost no equipment.
We will start this day with some joint mobility and then a two round circuit warm up to prepare for the conditioning workout.
Check the video library for this if you need to.
We will provide several levels for this for beginners through seasoned veterans!
All levels will be done as fast as possible and times should be recorded.
Level 1: You can break up in sets
- 75 squat thrusts (no push up, but you can jump if you want)
- 75 Jumping pull ups
Level 2: Break up into sets
- 75 burpees (do the push up and finish with a jump)
- 75 Jumping pull ups
Level 3: break it up into sets eg. 10 rounds of 10 burpees and 10 pull ups
- 100 burpees
- 100 jumping or kipping pull ups
Level 5: Do unbroken and finish one before moving on to the next.
- 100 burpees
- 100 Jumping or kipping pull ups
Level 4: Do unbroken
- 100 burpee pull ups (combine the movements)
Level 5: Do unbroken and finish one before moving on to the next.
- 100 burpees
- 100 Jumping or kipping pull ups
Level 6: Put on the weight vest and do Level 5!!!
