Very simple today…
We’re doing 3 rounds of 1 minute intervals with 30 seconds rest between each one non-stop.
- Row
- Ski erg or squat thrusts
- Watt bike or air dyne bike
- Run the steps or step ups
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
Here’s a cool kettlebell and body weight version to try out…
- Swings
- squat thrust
- High pull
- shuttle run or step ups
- jump rope or jumping jacks
