Very simple today…

We’re doing 3 rounds of 1 minute intervals with 30 seconds rest between each one non-stop.

  • Row
  • Ski erg or squat thrusts
  • Watt bike or air dyne bike
  • Run the steps or step ups
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
Here’s a cool kettlebell and body weight version to try out…
  • Swings
  • squat thrust
  • High pull
  • shuttle run or step ups
  • jump rope or jumping jacks
