Simple Strength and Active Rest
Friday brings us to strength day! Simple Strength with active rest is on the menu.
1 minute work/1 minute active rest x 5 rounds of the following movements.
Choose your movmements and mix it up if you want.
- Swing, clean, deadlift choice, snatch
- Strict press, push press, jerks, floor press
- Row choice, squat choice or long cycle
Active rest can be any of the following, but not limited to…
- abs
- mace work
- band work
- Light dumbbell work (shoulders, gun show)
- light cardio
- mobility work
- farmer carry
