Simple Strength and Active Rest

Friday brings us to strength day!  Simple Strength with active rest is on the menu.

1 minute work/1 minute active rest x 5 rounds of the following movements.

Choose your movmements and mix it up if you want.

  • Swing, clean, deadlift choice, snatch
  • Strict press, push press, jerks, floor press
  • Row choice, squat choice or long cycle

Active rest can be any of the following, but not limited to…

  • abs
  • mace work
  • band work
  • Light dumbbell work (shoulders, gun show)
  • light cardio
  • mobility work
  • farmer carry
