Good morning!
Today we’ll be doing a nice simple strength and conditioning combo that only requires one kettlebell, a bar or set of rings.
This has to be my favorite type of training.
We’ll warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up first.
Always focus on technique during your kettlebell warm up.
Don’t get lazy with your swings.

Here’s today’s circuit:
8 rounds of 30 seconds work/15 seconds rest of the following
- Pull ups or feet assisted ring pull ups
- push ups
- heavy kettlebell swings
- Knees to chest, walkouts etc..

Go as heavy as possible on the kettlebell swings.
