Watch this kettlebell swing video if you have not already.

You MUST perfect the kettlebell swing before mastering any other ballistic movement such as the clean or snatch.

Take your time going through this one and perform all of the movements with great technique.

Do 10 rounds of the following…

Start with moderate weight and work up to the heaviest you can handle for the prescribed reps.

  • 10 swings or 5/5 kettlebell snatches
  • 5/5 kettlebell push presses or jerks
  • 5 pull ups or 10 body weight rows
  • 5 walkouts or Power Wheel roll outs
