It seems like everyone is progressing nicely.
By the looks of it, everyone had an easier time with yesterdays conditioning this time around.
Today will be a strength/conditioning combo.
Start out with 5 min of joint mobility and then a two round kettlebell warm up.
When doing your warm up, focus on working technique. If you have any technique question, make sure to ask us, or check the video library.
If you would like us to post anything for you, all you need to do is ask.
Today we will do three single kettlebell strength stations:
6 rounds of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest at each station. Finish all six sets on each side before moving on to the next station.
Take a 2 minute rest between each station.
- kettlebell clean and press r/l
- Kettlebell split squat r/l (one arm racked or goblet)
- One arm kettlebell row r/l
Finish with 5 rounds of abs 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest:
- Toe touches
- v sits or knees to chest
