Here’s your warm up: 25 seconds work/15 seconds rest of the following circuitx 3 rounds
- Body weight squat, second round drop squat
- push ups, second round half burpee, third round squat thrust
- kettlebell swing, snatch r, snatch l
- Jumping jacks
- high pulls
- thrusters
Here’s your kettlebell and body weight conditioning circuit..
30 seconds at each movements.
30/30/30/30/30/30 non-stop
If you’re doing snatches, switch sides each round so you will do 3 sets on each side.
- Swings
- Burpees or squat thrusts
- snatch/snatch pull
- mountain climbers or sit through
- high-pulls
- thrusters
Take 1:30 rest between rounds and complete 6 rounds.
