We’ll be on the clock today to keep us flowing.
The object of today’s session is to find your reps scheme and try to stay with it.
Do not go to muscle failure and always keep good technique by staying fresh.
If you fatigue out, your form will suffer and you run the risk of injuring yourself.
More isn’t always better.
Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up..
You will complete 6 rounds of each movement…
Finish all 6 rounds of each before moving on to the next.
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest between each side..
Take 2 minutes rest between each 6 round set.
- split squat L/R (you can also do this suspended off the swing set or jungle gym)
- Kettlebell Clean and press L/R
- Heavy 1 arm row or 1 arm ring row L/R
Finish with an abdominal couplet
- walkout or roll out / knee-up floor or hanging.
