Good morning!
Today we’ll be mixing up the strength and conditioning.
This workout can be done anywhere using one kettlebell.
Most of our workouts can be modified to be done at home with minimal equipment.
We’ll soon be adding another page to the site that will deals with minimal equipment/time crunches workouts exclusively.
Today’s workout: 6 minute sets. Do each movement for one minute non-stop without putting down the kettlebell.
Switch hands every 30 seconds and finish up with one minute of walkouts.
Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds
- Kettlebell swings r/l
- Cleans r/
- Presses r/l
- split squats r/l
- one arm rows r/l
- walkouts
