It’s a new week of training and yet another opportunity to make yourself better.

Kicking off the week with a single kettlebell strength session.

Here’s a nice simple warm up…

Start out with moderate weight and ramp it up with each round.

Do 5 rounds of the following movements…

  • 5/5 swings
  • 5/5 Floor press
  • 5/5 cleans
  • 5/5 press
  • 5/5 split or 10 goblet
  • 5 pull-ups or 5/5 kb rows
  • 5 walkouts or Power wheel rollouts
