Tuesday is strength day!
We will be going with some strength intervals.
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 6 rounds of each movement…
We’ll take 2 minutes rest between each 6 round (12 sets)
- Clean and press L/R
- Split squat L/R ( racked, goblet or suit case hold)
- 1 arm ring row or kettlebell row
- Abs: pick 2 different and alternate ( for example, swing set knees to chest/power wheel roll outs)
