Single Limb Strength

Hey Training Room friends…

Wednesday is a strength day!

We will be working single limb strength movements today.

Twenty seconds of work with twenty seconds of rest for 5 rounds of the following movements.
DO these movements in a slow and controlled manner.

Complete 5 sets of each movement before moving on to the next one.

  1. Single kettlebell clean and press L/R
  2. Weighted Step-ups or step downs L/R
  3. single arm rows L/R
  4. Abs/Cardio choice

Take a rest for 2 minutes between each 5 round set.
