Single Limb Strength Plus Cardio
Let’s work one side at a time!
It’s single limb strength day at The Training Room!
We all need to even ourselves out.
Here’s what it will look like…
20 seconds of work / 20 seconds or rest x 5 rounds of the following movments.
Complete 5 sets of each with 1-2 minutes rest between,
- clean and press R/L
- split squat L/R
- 1 arm row L/R
- Abs / Cardio
