Single Limb Strength

On Thursday, we will be hitting all the crucial areas with a single limb strength circuit.

In true Training Room fashion, there will be a conditioning finisher that you should NOT skip out on if you know what’s good for you!

Here’s your strength circuit…

60/30 x 4 rounds

Perform each side for 30 seconds (R/L) and then rest for 30 seconds.

  • Single leg deadlift (R/L)
  • Single arm press (R/L). You can do any kind you want.
  • Split squats (R/L)
  • Single arm row (R/L)
  • Abs (1 minute)

Here’s your conditioning finisher:

Pick one cardio item and do the following intervals

  • 60/30
  • 50/25
  • 40/20
  • 30/15
  • 20/10
