Single Limb Strength
On Thursday, we will be hitting all the crucial areas with a single limb strength circuit.
In true Training Room fashion, there will be a conditioning finisher that you should NOT skip out on if you know what’s good for you!
Here’s your strength circuit…
60/30 x 4 rounds
Perform each side for 30 seconds (R/L) and then rest for 30 seconds.
- Single leg deadlift (R/L)
- Single arm press (R/L). You can do any kind you want.
- Split squats (R/L)
- Single arm row (R/L)
- Abs (1 minute)
Here’s your conditioning finisher:
Pick one cardio item and do the following intervals
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
- 20/10
