Single Limb Strength and Balance
Hey Training Room family!
Tueseday is a single leg strength day…
We will be working to even ourselves out and also work on our balance which is neglected by many.
We must use it or lose it!
Here’s what we’ve got for you.
30 seconds work right side / 30 seconds work left side / 30 seconds rest x 4 rounds of this single limb strength circuit.
- Sing leg deadlift L/R
- Floor Press L/R
- Split squat variations or step-up variations L/R
- 1 arm rows R/L
- Plank 60 seconds
This circuit can be done stationary
Finisher 60/30 x 4: cardio / burpee / or kettlebell sport
Check out the single leg deadlift variation in this video. Very challenging for the balalnce even with the light mace.
