Single Limb Strength Essentials

The Halloween Thursday strength focus brings us the single limb strength essentials!

This well balanced strength session includes ALL of the essential movements needed for a well balanced workout!

We would NEVER steer you wrong!

Work intervals will be 1 minute (thirty seconds on each side) with a thirty second rest between exercises.

Here’s the breakdown:

60/30 x 4 rounds of this one!

  • Single leg deadlift r/l (here’s a fun and challenging variaiton to try out)
  • One arm press r/l (can be done standing, kneeling, sitting, or on the floor or bench)
  • Split squat r/l (there are many variations of this amazing movement)
  • Single arm row r/l
  • Plank choice

Stationary Finisher:20/10 x 3 rounds

  • Kettlebell or dumbbell curl
  • Kettlebell or dumbbel triceps
  • Ab choice
  • Cardio choice
