Single Limb Strength for Thursday
Thursday’s strength session is our signature Training Room stationary single limb strength circuit.
Grab any equipment you may need and do this one ANYWHERE!
Certain movements may require more or less weight, so feel free to grab the appropiate kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls, sandbags, mace, etc.
These particular strength sessions are what help us work on weaknesses and balance us out.
Weight is weight.
Go out on a limb and use a different modality (tool) if you wish.
Heck, you can even use rocks if you want!
Speaking of rocks…
