Here’s your post Thanksgiving strength training and is actually one of my favorite kettlebell strength workouts.
We will give you a choice between double or single kettlebell movements.
I would recommend the doubles to all of you seasoned veterans out there…hint, hint!
We’ll start out with 5 minutes of joint mobility and a two round kettlebell warm up.
Make sure to go heavy today, challenge yourself, but do not sacrifice form for weight.
Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of:
- Kettlebell swings 5/5
- push ups 10
- kettlebell cleans 5/5
- kettlebell press 5/5
- kettlebell racked front squat 5/5
- pull up or ring row 5
- walkouts or power wheel rollout 5
- Double swings 5
- floor press 5
- cleans 5
- presses 5
- squats 5
- pull ups 5
- walkouts or power wheel walks or roll outs 5
