5 minutes non-stop x 5 rounds
Single Sided Kettlebell Strength
Switching exercises every 30 seconds…
- Clean or Single leg deadlift
- Split squat
- Walkout or plank
*repeat other side*
Rest 1min between circuits!
- 20-2 Swings or Step Ups
- 1-10 Burpees or alternative
