Here’s Wednesday’s Workout:

5 minutes non-stop x 5 rounds

Single Sided Kettlebell Strength

Switching exercises every 30 seconds…

  1. Clean or Single leg deadlift
  2. Press
  3. Split squat
  4. Row
  5. Walkout or plank

*repeat other side*

Rest 1min between circuits!

Finisher Ladder:

  • 20-2 Swings or Step Ups
  • 1-10 Burpees or alternative
