  • Heavy 1arm Row

Finish with (cardio & crawl):

  • 500 m cardio choice
  • 10yds crawl advanced use powerwheel
  •  400m
  • 20yd crawl
  • 300m
  • 30yd crawl
  • 200m
  • 40 yd crawl
  • 100m 50yd crawl
