Supercharged Snatches!

It's exactly what it sounds like.

Using the 15/15 protocol on the GymBoss, do:

  • kettlebell snatches R/L
  • Box jumps

Jack it up with the Power Jumper!

Do 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 20 minutes non-stop alternating between snatches and box jumps.
