Try this for time!
- Kettlebell snatches R/L
- Burpee/Pull up
The burpee/pullup is a burpee followed by a jump to the bar and a pullup
If you can’t do a pull up, do a burpee followed by a jumping pull up.
Here’s the Vid: I did this workout in 12:14. I tried to maintain strict form on the pullups and burpees throughout. This slowed me down a bit. I suppose if I kipped or dropped off the bar from the top of the pullup my time would have been faster.
