Grab a bell.
With a running clock, at the top of each minute, do 1r/1l snatches the first minute, 2r/2l the second minute, 3r/3l the third minute, get the picture? This will feel easy in the beginning but will catch up to you quickly.
Do this for as long as you can without sacrificing form. If you start getting sloppy then stop.
Yesterday was the Tactical Strength Challenge(TSC). This is a
worldwide event held in many locations around the globe. This event
consisted of a max deadlift, max repetition pull ups, and max
repetition kettlebell snatches in 5 minutes. This is always a fun
