The Jersey Shore is buried under at least 2 feet of snow and the gym is closed probably for the first time in 13 years due to snow!

The Milkman and I will be out int he courtyard shoveling at some point today.

We will first have to dig ourselves out of our own driveways.

Apparently, all to roads have not been plowed and it’s pretty messed up out there, so stay in your house if you can!!

If you are trapped indoors today, here is the perfect kettlebell conditioning workout for you to do.

Don’t go too heavy on this one, it will creep up on you quickly.

First warm up with 5 minutes of joint mobility and a two rounds of kettlebell warm up.

You will do each kettlebell and body weight movement (a total of 10 movements) for 30 seconds non-stop.

You will be doing 5 minutes of work and resting for 1:30 between rounds on this.

Perform 4-5 rounds of this workout.

Here are the kettlebell and body weight movements:

  • Kettlebell swings r/l
  • half burpees
  • kettlebell cleans r/l
  • star jumps
  • kettlebell jerks r/l
  • sit through
  • kettlebell snatches r/l
