40 sets of 15/15 with 24 kgs

I felt like hitting up the abs a little afterward
Power wheel complex finisher: 15 second intervals on the Power Wheel of forward and backward walks for 6 rounds.
Today's training:
Clean/press and weighted pull ups ladders
- Clean/press (28kgs) 4(1,2,3,4,5)
- Pull ups (20kg's) on the rings 4(1,2,3,4,5)
