I felt like hitting up the abs a little afterward

Power wheel complex finisher: 15 second intervals on the Power Wheel of forward and backward walks for 6 rounds.

Today's training:

Clean/press and weighted pull ups ladders

  • Clean/press (28kgs) 4(1,2,3,4,5)
  • Pull ups (20kg's) on the rings 4(1,2,3,4,5)
