Some Strength and Some Conditioning

We will kick the week off with a solid combination of some strength and some conditioning.

The best of both worlds with one circuit of each over here at The Training Room.

Our session will begin with a 4 round strength circuit that will look like this….

Circuit 1(strength)

30/20×4 rounds

  • Swings, or dead lift choice
  • push-ups
  • Cleans, snatches or high pulls
  • Overhead or press choice
  • squat choice
  • row choice
  • abs

Circuit 2 (conditioning)

30/10×2 rounds

  • Drop squats
  • Mountain climbers
  • twist choice or bend
  • jumping jacks or jump rope
  • skaters
  • High pulls
  • knee ups
  • Squat thrusts
