Some Strength and Some Conditioning
We will kick the week off with a solid combination of some strength and some conditioning.
The best of both worlds with one circuit of each over here at The Training Room.
Our session will begin with a 4 round strength circuit that will look like this….
Circuit 1(strength)
30/20×4 rounds
- Swings, or dead lift choice
- push-ups
- Cleans, snatches or high pulls
- Overhead or press choice
- squat choice
- row choice
- abs
Circuit 2 (conditioning)
30/10×2 rounds
- Drop squats
- Mountain climbers
- twist choice or bend
- jumping jacks or jump rope
- skaters
- High pulls
- knee ups
- Squat thrusts
