Starting with Strength

Monday at The Training Room kicks off with a strength focus and a repeat of the last 4 weeks of training.

We repeat the last 4 weeks of training for measurable results and to see how we’ve progressed.

Full Body Strength Circuit

40/30 x 5 rounds of the following…

  • Upper pull
  • Lower hinge or squat
  • Ab choice
  • Chest press
  • Light cardio

Here are examples of some of the push and pull movements…

We will finish the session with this…

40/20 x 1

  • Band tricep extension
  • Swing or drop squat
  • Abs
  • Bicep curl
  • cardio choice
