Time for something different.

Hold each movement for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest between.

Take 1 minute rest between rounds

Do 5 rounds
  • Static squat hold with or without weight
  • Pull up hold (top position) 
  • Overhead kettlebell lockout hold (walk around if you want) 
  • Back extension hold (top position) 
  • Walkout holds
