We will throw a few different variations of statics at you today.
Remember to not sacrifice neutral spine and posture on any of these.
Hold the position for 4 seconds and rest for 20.
Do 5 rounds with a minute rest between each round
- Ring row or pull ups holds
- Wall-sits or squat hold, bosu or indo board (if you know what your doing)
- Overhead hold KB’s slosh, keg, bands etc…
- hip bridge (floor or bench)
- Plank (any variation) or L-sit
Lock them elbow out!
