Friday’s Workout is Descending Statics!

Let’s do 4 rounds, each round the intervals decrease in work and rest.  Try to INCREASE the intensity EACH ROUND!

60/30, 50/30, 40/30, 30/30:

  1. Pull-up hold
  2. Squat hold
  3. Overhead Kettlebell, Dumbbell or odd object (sandbag, slosh pipe, keg…)
  4. Supermans weighted hip bridge or low back extention
  5. AB walkout holds

REST 2-3min:

1:15 on / .45off x5 rounds of…
