We haven’t seen this on in little while.
This is always a challenging workout and is a great follow up to yesterday’s 2 minute torture.
We’ll do our standard mobility and kettlebell warm up.
As always, we’ll have several levels to choose from.
We’ll do 40 seconds work intervals with 20 seconds of rest between stations and take one minute rest between round.
5 rounds total of:
- Pull up (chin over bar) or ring row holds (hands to chest)
- kettlebell, or med ball or body weight squat holds (elbow in, go as low as you can without rounding your back)
- double kettlebell,dumbell, sand bag ,slosh pipe,keg, rock overhead walks
- Back extension or superman holds
- plank or walkout holds
