Stationary Conditioning Sets
Thursday’s cardio focus will be a good one. These stationary conditioning sets never disappoint!
REMINDER: There is only 1 class on July 4 (8:30 AM)
This minimal equipment conditioning session is perfect for a large group which we usually have on holidays.
Complete 10 total sets of each couplet (superset).
Alternate between each exercise in each couplet (there are 5).
20 seconds of work with a 10 second recovery (each set will take 5 minutes).
Superset 1
- Swings
- Mountain climbers
Superset 2
- Squats
- push-ups or 1/2 burpees
Superset 3
- Skaters
- Knees to chest (abs)
Superset 4
- Sprint in place (Pegs)
- Squat thrust
Superset 5
- Kettlebell or dumbbell squat press
- Jacks or Jump rope
Finsher: 1 time through!
