- Repeat

- Row
- Bike
- Ski
- Run
- Steps, Walking Lunges or Agility Ladder
- Jump Rope
- Squat Thrust, Burpees or Burpee Broad Jumps
- Kettlebell Long Cycle (Clean & Press or Jerk)
- Kettlebell Snatches, Swings, Cleans
