STATIONARY INTERVALS (Two Rounds Each Exercise)

  • 15 work / 15 rest
  • 30 work / 30 rest
  • 45 work / 45 rest
  • 60 work / 60 rest
  • Repeat

REST 2 Minutes between each Exercise

EXERCISES – PICK 4

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run
  • Steps, Walking Lunges or Agility Ladder
  • Jump Rope
  • Squat Thrust, Burpees or Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Kettlebell Long Cycle (Clean & Press or Jerk)
  • Kettlebell Snatches, Swings, Cleans
