You can stay one area and complete this one….
60/30 x 5 rounds of the following completed as a circuit.
- Cleans 30/30
- Floor press or shoulder press 30/30
- 1 arm row 30/30
- Any plank variation 60 seconds
Do this continuously for 5 rounds!
