Stationary Strength
We’ve got a super efficient and effective stationary strength circuit for you on Wednesday!
Just like ALL of our sessions, this one can be made as hard or as (not as hard) as you want.
You can use 1 or 2 kettlebells for this stationary strength circuit.
35 seconds of work/35 second recovery x 5 rounds of the following movements…
- Goblet squat
- Kettlebell or dumbell row
- Hinge choice (swing,clean,snatch, deadlift)
- Overhead or Floor press
FInisher (arms, abs and cardio)
Ladder down on the following movements fro 10-2(10.8,6,4,2)
- Kb curl
- KB tricep extension
- Ab choice
- 10 calories, 50 jumping jacks or 100 revolutions on the jump rope
