Stationary Strength and Some Cardio

Tuesday is a strength focus and we will be mixing things up a bit with a stationary strength circuit plus some cardio.

We will alternate rounds of strength and rounds of cardio completing a total of 3 rounds each (6 rounds collectively)

Your strength circuit will look like this:

60/30 x 1

  • Single leg deadlift R/L
  • Press R/L
  • Split squat R/L
  • Row R/L
  • Plank Choice

Cardio Circuit:

60/30 x 1

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Versa climb or jumping jacks
  • Ski
  • Quick step ups or lateral steps
