To get results from your training, you need to step outside your comfort zone.  We had a discussion about this today in the 9 am class.

By stepping outside the comfort zone, I mean working and pushing yourself harder then usual.

Use a heavier kettlebell (without losing technique of coarse), pick up the intensity of your burpees.  This is just two examples.

If you need help pushing yourself, get a training partner, or group. There is more energy in numbers.

This is one reason why our members are getting incredible results from their training.

We are forcing them ouside their comfort zone and they training with a large group of highly motivated people.

To get a little taste of what we do, check out our Foundations class on Saturday, June 6

Today's workout

I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone today.

8 rounds of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest non-stop of

  • Battling ropes (2" python)
