Both Strength and Cardio for Monday at The Training Room
Let’s kick off this week with BOTH strength and cardio!
It looks like a nice week of weather, so there could be some outdoor training for us this week.
As ALWAYS, you have the choice of indoors or outdoors!
Either way, let’s push ourselves to improve this week.
For Monday, we will be alternating between 2 different circuits.
Strength rounds will be round 1, 3 and 5 while cardio rounds will be 2,4 and 6.
Your intervals will be 1 minute of work with a thirty second rest for BOTH circuits.
Here’s your strength circuit (rounds 1,3,5)…
- Alternate ring row or renegade row
- Clean squat (1 or 2 kettlebells, or a heavier med ball cleans)
- See saw press
- Plank or ab choice including Bulgarian Bag.
Here’s your cardio circuit (rounds 2,4,6)..
- Row
- Bike
- skaters
- Ski
