Both Strength and Cardio for Monday at The Training Room.
Let’s kick off this week with BOTH strength and cardio!
This week we will be repeating the last 4 week training cycle starting out with this alternate strength and conditioning circuits that many of you enjoyed 4 weeks ago.
We structure the workouts this way so you can compair and see progress in your training.
Progress is what it’s ALL about,
Let’s push ourselves to improve this week.
For Monday, we will be alternating between 2 different circuits.
Strength rounds will be round 1, 3 and 5 while cardio rounds will be 2,4 and 6.
Cardio rounds will be rounds 2,4 and 6.
Your intervals will be 1 minute of work with a thirty second rest for BOTH circuits.
Here’s your strength circuit (rounds 1,3,5)…
- Alternate ring row or renegade row
- Clean squat (1 or 2 kettlebells, or a heavier med ball cleans)
- See saw press
- Plank or ab choice including Bulgarian Bag.
Here’s your cardio circuit (rounds 2,4,6)..
- Row
- Bike
- skaters
- Ski
