Strength and Cardio Triplets

Thank you to all that participated in the Endless Summer Team Challenge and that also made a donation to the Bradley Food Pantry 

It was a great day overall!

The week (week 1 of our next 4 week training cycle) kicks off with a strength focus and we will mix things up with strength and cardio triplets.

Here it is…

Triplet 1: 30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Any Bike
  • Upper body pull choice
  • Squat choice

Triplet 2: 30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Row or Run
  • Upper body push choice
  • Lower body pull/hinge choice

Triplet 3: 30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Ski or Versa Climber
  • Ab choice
  • Twist or Bulgarian bag
