DOCs of Strength and Cardio

We know that the deck of cards of strength and cardio is just what you are looking for on Wednesday!

This will be a weel rounded combination of both strength movements and some cardio intervals.

Go through the entire deck using the following movements and cardio intervals.
  • Swings, cleans, or deadlift choice
  • Squat press (or just squat or just press)
  • Abs
  • Cardio
Cardio intervals will look like this…
  • Aces: Forty five seconds
  • Tens and face cards: Forty seconds
  • 8-9: Thirty five seconds
  • 6-7’s: Thirty seconds
  • 4-5’s: Twenty five seconds
  • 2-3’s:  Twenty seconds
Cardio exercises can be any of the following…
  • Bike
  • Ski erg
  • jump rope
  • jumping jacks
  • step ups
  • run in place, skip in place or short shuttles
  • skaters
  • Dance moves
