Friday starts the day off right with these 3 strength and conditioning sets!

Sets 1 & 2 you will work for 30 seconds / rest for 20 seconds for 4 rounds of each circuit.

Set 1)

  • Goblet squat
  • Pull-up
  • Side plank, bulgarian bag
  • Steps or run

Set 2)

  • Swings, jumps
  • push-ups
  • knee ups
  • JR, JJs:

Set 3) 30/20 x 3 rounds

  • Biceps
  • Triceps 
  • Cardio Choice
